I’m Marie Daniels. For two decades, I've built the operational backbone for hospitality brands. From talent management for celebrity chefs, launching restaurants with zero to full POS integration and staff training, to orchestrating culinary events for celebrated chefs, to designing the systems that keep venues running seamlessly — I've learned that excellence happens when the business side disappears.
